1. What do I need to get started?

All you need to get started is internet access, a basic email address, telephone and your investment or installment amount for the service that you need.

2. What if I want a service but don't have all of the money required to get it processed?

SUBG understands that it can be difficult to come up with large amounts of money at one time when starting a business.  For those that need to spread out payments, we offer an installment plan. Installments are non-refundable. Total balances are required to be paid off in 60 days from the first payment. If the balance is not paid in full by 11:59 pm the 60th day, all previous payments will be forfeited and void.

3. Do I have to be Black or a member of a minority group to use these services?

Although, SUBG is dedicated to making black business our priority, we value the ideas of all races of people and will assist other entrepreneurs as well. 

4. Can I pick which solutions I want?

 We highly encourage going through the entire 9 Steps of Start-Up. In cases where you already have some steps completed and would like to utilize our other services, we will help you complete those steps. 

5. Do I have to do the steps in the order they are listed?

It is recommended that you do all steps in order. Each step has been strategically placed to ensure your success in your start-up. They all build on each other to get you to the launching of your new business.

6. How do I process a step that doesn't have a link associated with it?

Please call 864-373-3480 during normal business hours in order to get them processed.

7. What are the business hours in which I can call to process a step?

Steps can be processed Monday-Friday 7:00 pm- 11:30 pm EST and Sundays 11 am-8 pm EST.
